Honestly, the customer service was exceptional. Lee made the entire experience so smooth and stress-free. I didn't know much about split systems, but he took the time to explain everything thoroughly without me even having to ask. No. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not charge you for turning up, and there are no hourly rates on a standard service.
How soon can you get here?
We book standard services in the same week across all Melbourne metro. If it is an emergency, we aim to attend within 24 hours.
